DOGS OFFER LIPINSKI NEW DEAL AS RIVAL INTEREST GROWS

The Western Bulldogs have reportedly tabled a long-term deal to Patrick Lipinski – but he's still been tipped to continue his AFL career elsewhere.

Lipinski, a high-disposal midfielder with the ability to push forward and hit the scoreboard, has had extended stints in the Bulldogs' AFL side over the past four seasons among a few injury setbacks.

But the 23-year-old, who's out of contract at season's end, has started as the medical sub three times this year, while he's also been dropped to the VFL where he's averaged 34 disposals from four games.

AFL Media reported on Tuesday the Bulldogs had offered Lipinski a three-year deal to stay at the club – which drafted him with Pick 28 in the 2016 draft – as he also gauged interest from Carlton and Collingwood.
