Kyle Sandilands' manager Bruno Bouchet has revealed how the KIIS FM star has been nothing but a pillar of support for him throughout his lengthy battle with his mental health.
The 34-year-old, who has dealt with bipolar disorder for 10 years, told Daily Mail Australia on Saturday that Kyle, 49, called him every day while he was in a psychiatric ward a year ago.

'A year ago I was finally discharged after spending two months in a psychiatric ward. Kyle would call me every single day and his approach helped me get through that period,' Bruno said.

Bruno said that the shock jock would talk to him as a friend like normal, rather than making his hospitalisation the focus point.

'Instead of making me feel like I was suffering or that he felt sorry for me, he'd speak to me the exact same way he always does: discussing work, gossip and b****ing about people behind their backs,' Bruno said.

Bruno said that Kyle even made sure that his wife, Laura Bouchet, the executive Producer of Moonman in the Morning on Triple M Sydney, was also getting the support she needed.

'Whilst it's been incredibly hard for me, it's been even more difficult for my wife who's had to witness her husband being revived and going missing,' he added.
