MILAN, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Sales at fashion group Tod's TOD.MI grew by almost 60% in the first half of the year, topping market expectations, thanks to an acceleration in the second quarter, especially in China.

Overall revenues are still 11% below 2019 pre-coronavirus levels, the Italian luxury leather goods maker said on Wednesday. Both changes strip out the impact of currency fluctuations.
