NEW DELH: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of a new university named after freedom fighter Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University in Aligarh, followed by his address on the occasion.The new university aims to fulfil a longstanding demand for a state university in the region.
