Lately I've seen many startups post "#1/2/3/ on Product Hunt". I know they also go into a good amount of effort to do this (e.g. write up a good post before, get all their friends to vote for them)Does anyone with experience know if getting on PH #1/2/3 actually translates into something meaningful? e.g. a huge increase in adoption/downloads/awareness etc.
