Batson to Lend Deep Experience in CFO and Senior Business Leadership Roles to Help GHX Continue to Reduce Costs in Healthcare

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) today announced the promotion of Chris Batson to Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2021. Batson, who has served since 2019 as GHX's vice president, Finance and Accounting, will succeed Rob Gillespie in the role of CFO. Gillespie will continue with the company until the summer of 2021 to ensure a seamless transition. Batson will report directly to CEO Bruce Johnson.
