The King County Council approved million in supplemental funding Tuesday to continue its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The $60 million legislation will fund relief for small businesses, support groups working to reduce youth homelessness, expanded fund for the Community Development Block Grant, increase capacity for more isolation and quarantine facilities, help support the tourism and creative sector that was badly hit by the pandemic.
