The Sacramento Kings have not been to the playoffs since 2006, and they have never been super active in free agency. Rumors have been swirling all summer about Buddy Hield and Marvin Bagley being moved, but nothing has materialized (for now at least). The Kings' free agency thus far has included the re-signings of Richaun Holmes, Terence Davis and Moe Harkless, as well as the addition of Alex Len.

These were solid signings, but they failed to make any major upgrades or moves. The biggest addition was guard Davion Mitchell, whom they selected with the 9th pick in the draft. Mitchell is perhaps the most NBA-ready player in the class and adds to the already stacked backcourt. Unless the Kings move Hield before the season starts, it will be hard to get everyone playing time.

The Kings' backcourt currently includes De'Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield, Mitchell and Davis. It will be interesting to see how coach Luke Walton handles that rotation.
