Anuraga Aralithu (lit. Love blooms) is a 1986 Kannada film directed by M. S. Rajashekar. Based on the Kannada novel Anuragada Anthahpura written by H. G. Radhadevi, the film was produced by M. S. Puttaraju. The film starred Rajkumar, along with Madhavi and Geetha in the lead roles. The film's score and soundtrack was composed by Upendra Kumar to the lyrics of Chi. Udaya Shankar who also wrote the screenplay and dialogues. The film was highly successful at the box office with a theatrical run of about 50 weeks. It was later remade in Tamil as Mannan, in Telugu as Gharana Mogudu, in Hindi as Laadla, in Bengali as Jamaibabu Jindabad and in Odia as Sindura Nuhein Khela Ghara with changes so as to suit the viewers of the respective languages. This was the first Kannada movie to be remade in five languages. This was also the first Kannada movie to be remade in Bengali and Odia.
