Britons looking to travel abroad this summer are awaiting the UK Government's review of its traffic light system later this week.

Uncertainty continues around international travel, with Boris Johnson under pressure to ditch a rumoured amber watchlist potentially comprising a new category along with the existing red, amber, and green lists and a green watchlist.

Meanwhile, from Monday, August 2, new rules are in place allowing fully vaccinated passengers from the US and amber-list European countries to avoid self-isolation on arrival in the UK.

But even if the UK government allows you to travel to a destination, it doesn't mean you can do so - each country has its own rules on entry, and many are not open to Brits.
